About the weekend

This is a unique opportunity to develop the transformative capabilities necessary to foster ease and harmony in our lives and in the world. Music, primarily singing, will be the means and we will explore using it for our own growth and well-being.

What exactly happens always depends on the needs of those who are there, so each residential is different. Participants are led through a series of experiences which may involve aspects of movement, meditation, noise-making, play, listening and silence, as well as singing. There is an emphasis on safety and support, and ample opportunity to reflect, assimilate and relax. Throughout the weekend you will also find that laughter is never far away! There will also be time to enjoy the beautiful countryside.
