"My heart feels deep joy, happiness and lightness - I started to experience the joy that has been lacking all my life. [ GV ] was the only thing that could enter into the places of pain that NOTHING ELSE HAS EVER TOUCHED. The more I engaged with the process, the more pain released . I felt washed clean"
